Outreach - F.I.A.
Faith in Action is the outreach arm of JICF. Since we are so closely located to many of the 'target' ministries, our goal is to not only help with financial needs, but with human resource needs as well.
FIA currently has partner organizations focused in the following categories:

We are in the process of developing a disaster relief/development sector as well.
Getting involved:
FIA Liaison: Liaisons perform the core function of FIA: connecting the JICF congregation to the partner organizations we support.
Sector Coordinator: Supports and assists the FIA liaisons and participates as part of the FIA Core Team.
Core Team Member:The role of the FIA Core Team is to seek the Lord’s plans in developing and implementing FIA’s global vision in line with JICF’s overall vision. The Core Team is made up of:

To Facilitate the Spread of the Good News by contributing Financial and Human Resources.
Key Verse: "What good is it, my brothers, if a man claims to have faith but has no deeds? Can such faith save him? Suppose a brother or sister is without clothes and daily food. If one of you says to him, “Go, I wish you well; keep warm and well fed,” but does nothing about his physical needs, what good is it? In the same way faith by itself without action is dead." James 2:14-17.

Our purpose is to therefore partner with individuals and organizations who share JICF’s core values and Biblical beliefs.
We desire to achieve this through providing holistic partnership such as helping to network and capacity build our partner organizations.
True partnership includes, but is not limited to, financial support only.
