Our Vision
What Are We Becoming?
We see the JICF community as:
- A multicultural, multinational, non-denominational English-speaking body of believers committed to living out & reaching out.
- A church of small groups through which people are shepherded by being discipled, counseled, equipped and encouraged.
- A body of individuals committed to meeting together, to study God’s Word, to pray and fast, to sacrificially give and to exercise spiritual gifts through the empowerment of the Holy Spirit.
- Believers welcoming, assimilating and ministering to the new, existing and returning members of the English-speaking community.
- A group of believers and ‘seekers’ gathering corporately for worship and for the in-depth teaching of the Word of God.
- A servant leadership team committed to identify, develop, support and encourage potential leaders and each other.
- A body which is building strong Christian families through a vibrant children’s and youth ministry, combined with enabling ministries to single adults and married couples.
- A group of believers playing a vital role in reconciling people to God and to each other.
- A group of believers caring for people in adversity and in need of help.
- A fellowship of believers working in partnership with Christian organizations and birthing churches to fulfill the Great Commission.
